What You'll Do: Design and develop backend systems powering high-frequency trading and crypto platforms Build performance-critical APIs, order matching engines, and real-time data pipelines Collaborate with trading, quant, and blockchain teams to deliver low-latency infrastructure Optimize system performance, scalability, and throughput Contribute to cutting-edge blockchain and digital asset technology What Were Looking For: 5+ years of backend engineering experience in trading, HFT, or crypto systems Deep expertise in C++, Rust, Go, or Java or similar Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and distributed architectures Experience with market data, order execution, or exchange connectivity Interest or experience in blockchain and decentralized technologies
